Direct guest access means the booking reaches you with the guest’s name, email and WhatsApp — so you can arrange their stay directly.

Data sharing and management is what you keep afterwards. Fichua lets you export real guest details; platforms restrict them as shown above. Marketing needs guest consent. Platform terms vary.
